• Individual Membership - This form is intended for individual membership. Please use this form for one person applying for membership to WLAM only.
• Regional Selections - Your WLAM membership comes with one Regional membership option. The WLAM regions are as follows:
  • Cooley - Auburn Hills
  • Cooley - Lansing
  • Cooley - Grand Rapids
  • Great Lakes Bay (Bay, Midland, Saginaw)
  • Macomb
  • Mid-Michigan (Clinton, Ingham, Eaton)
  • Monroe
  • Oakland (Women’s Bar Association)
  • Washtenaw
  • Wayne
  • Western (Kent)

You may purchase additional Regional memberships but please make sure you add the additional regions to your order at the bottom of the form.

• WLAM Foundation Contribution: You may contribute to the WLAM Foundation using this form. A minimum contribution of $25 is required. If you would like to contribute more, you may do so in increments of $25 by changing the "quantity" of your contribution (i.e., a quantity of 4 would be a $100 contribution and a quantity of 5 would be a $125 contribution).

Note, if using the secure online credit card application, do not include punctuation in the value/answer fields of the form as this will generate an error.
