Member Profile: Elizabeth Bransdorfer
Women Lawyers Association of Michigan - Western Region would like to recognize Elizabeth Bransdorfer.
Ms. Bransdorfer was honored as the 2009 recipient of the Michael S. Barnes Award on October 29, 2009. The Award "is intended to recognize a law firm or an attorney, in private practice, who has made significant pro bono contributions to the low income community." Ms. Bransdorfer practices in the area of family law at Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones PLC.
In addition, Ms. Bransdorfer is actively involved with WLAM. She has held numerous board positions for the Western Region including regional representative to the State Board, Secretary, Vice President, President Elect, and State President. She has chaired the Bylaw Revision Committee an the Judicial Canidate Rating and Endorsement Committee. She has also served as President of the National Association of Women Lawyers.
